The great thing about
vinyl is that it will stick to any clean,
smooth/nonporous surface. We've compiled this list
of acceptable and non-acceptable surfaces as a
general guideline in determining an appropriate
surface;
Painted Surfaces
(All
surfaces must be painted with a smooth enamel based
paint)

just a general guideline; dull, peeling, rough, or
dirty surfaces are most likely not going to accept a
vinyl application properly.
