Ordering Terms

Placing an order on this site holds you responsible for having permission to use all Text, Images and Logos submitted to us. We will at our sole discretion refuse any order that we deemed to have Violated/Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others:

We will reject any order that is considered obscene, defamatory, avocation of violence based on gender, race, religion, age, disability or national origin, contains explicit sexual content or any order we find inappropriate for production. 

You are agreeing not to use our service to create any material that is harmful, harassing, unlawful, defamatory, obscene, racially motivated, infringes on any patent, trade secret, trademark or copyrights of a third party.

All custom, personalized or special ordered orders will not be refunded.

All catalog stock items will not be accepted without written authorization from a SignMountain representative. Catalog item returns may be charged a 15% restocking fee.

If requested SignMountain will make a reasonable effort to change or cancel an order that has not made it to the production phase. If an order has not yet been started no cancellations fees will be applied. If an order has changes the fees associated with these changes may vary from the original quote.

Once an order has reached production for set up, there may be extra fees associated with any cancellations or order changes. If an order has changes the fees associated with these changes may vary from the original quote, plus include an order change fee depending on your new specifications.

Once an order has started production, we are unable to cancel or change the order specifications. You will be charge the full amount of the order.

If there is an issue with your order that you feel was made on our part; SignMountain will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue as quick as possible. 

SignMountain can not guarantee delivery dates and will not refund an order solely based on estimated delivery time. We will send an email informing our customers the day the order is handed off to the local courier.

SignMountain uses the following guidelines for shipping orders:

• Catalog items ordered before 12:00 PM PST ship the same business day.

• Catalog items ordered after 12:00 PM PST ship the next business day.

• Custom items will be ship within 2 business days of completion.
